Vietnam Central Exchange Rate (USD/VND)
Daily USD/VND exchange rate managed by the State Bank of Vietnam: the central exchange rate (published since January 4, 2016; during the 2009–2015 period, it was the interbank average exchange rate), the ceiling/floor rates derived from the ±5% spot trading band (Decision 1747/QD-NHNN dated October 17, 2022; previously ±3%), and the intervention buying/selling rates of the Foreign Exchange Management Department (formerly the Operations Centre) since January 2022.
