What is actually being built, rather than what is already installed. For wind: onshore permits, tender awards, gross and net additions, repowering and decommissioning, plus offshore commissioning and construction progress. For heating: heat-pump sales by technology, the single clearest indicator of how fast fossil heating is being replaced. Installed capacity itself is published separately by Fraunhofer ISE.
