Assets: loans, securities by type (government, local government and corporate bonds, stocks, foreign securities), securities held for investment trusts, beneficial interests, monetary claims, tangible fixed assets and call loans. Liabilities by type of trust: money, pension, asset formation, loan and investment trusts, other pecuniary trusts, securities, monetary claims, movable property and real estate trusts, and composite trusts (total liabilities equal total assets). Compiled by the Trust Companies Association of Japan from member trust banks' balance sheets; end of fiscal year (March) from fiscal 2003, plus end of September from 2022. Each fiscal year-end is dated in the January-March quarter of the following calendar year.
